Job summary

GMG Constructions Corp Pty Ltd – Mudgee NSW is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a construction site across Sydney and regional NSW. This full-time role puts you in charge of day-to-day operations, safety, quality control and team leadership.

You will manage trades, labourers and subcontractors, coordinate materials and equipment, monitor costs and timelines, and ensure regulatory compliance. Regional NSW travel is involved, with clear opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in construction site management or a related supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building practices and safety regulations.
• Current White Card (or equivalent construction induction certification) and valid driver's licence.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
• First Aid Certificate (current or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with residential or commercial construction projects in the Sydney area is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Travelling involved, role could be based in Regional NSW
• Monitoring and controlling project costs, variations and timelines
• Maintaining accurate site documentation, daily reports and records
• Identifying and resolving site-based issues promptly and effectively
• Ensuring site housekeeping and environmental compliance standards are maintained at all times
