Job summary

Scope is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Supported Independent Living home in Goulburn, NSW. You will lead on-site teams, drive risk and safety, and support clients toward independent living goals while maintaining strong, on‑site collaboration.

Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you will mentor Support Workers, manage daily operations, and ensure person-centred, active support. This role requires Cert 4 in Social Services or equivalent and NSW driver’s license, with NDIS and WWCC

Qualifications

• Cert 4 or equivalent in Social Services or related field (e.g., Social Work/Disability).
• Knowledge of disability legislation and standards (NDIS Framework, National Standards).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Clearance.
• NSW Driver's Licence (P2 or above).
• Proof of full-time working rights (passport/birth/citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Support Workers with consistency and professionalism
• Promote person-centred, active support that empowers client choice and control
• Stay connected through two billable shifts each week
• Oversee daily operations of SIL accommodation services, on-site Monday to Friday
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for staff and clients
• Support NDIS plan development and client independence
• Manage performance and resolve conflicts effectively

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our team. This Supported Independent Living (SIL) home supports 5 clients with psychosocial disabilities.

Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you’ll lead one of our SIL homes in Goulburn and empower Support Workers to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support, including clients with mental health needs. You’ll drive efficient processes, champion risk and safety, identify issues early, and take timely action so clients can work toward their independent living goals, hobbies, and interests. Best suited to someone collaborative, team‑oriented, and able to maintain stability on‑site and within the team while adapting to change.

Requirements:

• Qualification (minimum Cert 4 equivalent) in the Social Services or relevant domain for instance, Social Work, Psychology, Disability, Mental health, and Community Services.
• Knowledge of disability legislation and standards e.g. NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework, the National Standards for Disability Services.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Clearance
• NSW Drivers License (P2 or above)
• Proof of full-time working rights - Passport, Birth Certificate, or Citizenship Certificate.
