Job summary

Scope is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a Supported Independent Living home in Goulburn. You will empower Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support for clients with psychosocial disabilities and mental health needs.

Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you will drive efficient processes, manage risks, and ensure safe, inclusive service delivery on-site while promoting client independence and hobbies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert IV in Social Services or equivalent (Social Work, Psychology, Disability, Mental health, Community Services).
• Knowledge of disability legislation and standards (NDIS Quality & Safeguarding, National Standards).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Clearance.
• NSW Drivers Licence (P2 or above).
• Proof of full-time working rights (passport, birth certificate, or citizenship certificate).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Support Workers with consistency and professionalism.
• Promote person-centred, active support that empowers client choice and control.
• Stay connected through two billable shifts each week.
• Oversee daily operations of SIL accommodation services, on-site Monday to Friday.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for staff and clients.
• Support NDIS plan development and client independence.
• Manage performance and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Encourage reflective practice to drive continuous improvement.

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our team. This Supported Independent Living (SIL) home supports 5 clients with psychosocial disabilities. Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you’ll lead one of our SIL homes in Goulburn and empower Support Workers to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support, including clients with mental health needs. You’ll drive efficient processes, champion risk and safety, identify issues early, and take timely action so clients can work toward their independent living goals, hobbies, and interests. Best suited to someone collaborative, team‑oriented, and able to maintain stability on‑site and within the team while adapting to change.

Requirements

• Knowledge of disability legislation and standards e.g. NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework, the National Standards for Disability Services.

• Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Clearance
• NSW Drivers License (P2 or above)
• Proof of full‑time working rights - Passport, Birth Certificate, or Citizenship Certificate.
