Bluestone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a lifestyle/retirement development in Wanagratta. You will own and deliver the commercial elements of a landmark project and progress to residential works comprising 150+ units.

Lead day-to-day site operations, drive the program, manage trades, and uphold OH&S standards. Autonomy to run your own site is offered with long-term career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing site operations from start to completion on residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of OH&S, NCC and local building standards.
• Proven ability to lead multi-trade teams and coordinate trades.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality outcomes.

We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a lifestyle/retirement development in Wanagratta

You’ll be responsible for delivering initially the commercial elements of this land mark project circa $5 + MIL Hub and then move to the residential elements that consist of 150 + units.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion
• Drive construction program and coordinate trades effectively
• Maintain strong OH&S standards, site compliance, and documentation
• Deliver high-quality builds in line with drawings, NCC, and specificationsMonitor costs, variations, and subcontractor performance
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and customers

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (volume building experience desirable)
• Strong knowledge of OH&S, NCC, and local building standards
• Ability to manage multiple trades and meet program deadlines
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality outcomes
• Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
• Commercial building License highly desirable **
