Job summary

Marble Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Brisbane team as we grow the Queensland branch and deliver multiple commercial/industrial projects up to $50m+. You will lead on-site operations, mentor a growing team, and build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in site management, experience in Brisbane, and a track record of collaborative leadership.

I've partnered exclusively with a national head contractor with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 25 years of proven success delivering projects up to $40m+, specialising in the commercial and industrial project market. My client has already had a successful start to 2026 and gearing up for a busy mid 2026 onwards with work secured until 2029 and happy, repeat clients interstate allowing them to expand into the Queensland market.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus, they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include industrial, education, commercial, retail, hospitality, health and more.

My client is a looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth. North and south Brisbane commercial projects up to $35m.

Be a part of a newly growing team and setting the tone for the team culture, as they set up their Queensland branch.

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

• 5 - 10 + years of experience in the role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $50m+
