Job summary

ARA Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager to lead on-site installation projects. You will coordinate trades, supervise installers, ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and safety requirements, and drive quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to read schematics and manage subcontractors. A valid driver’s license and hands-on safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HVAC Site Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment and installation procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret standards, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

The Site Manager will oversee on-site personnel, subcontractors, and material management.
