TradeConnex is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a large-scale Solar/BESS project in regional Queensland. You will lead supervisors, coordinate multiple work fronts and ensure safe, on-time delivery.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will monitor progress, manage resources, and enforce HSE and Quality Management Plans while liaising with subcontractors and field personnel to optimise performance. This role offers 12-18 months project work with potential for ongoing opportunities on

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor in construction.
• Experience on large-scale solar, BESS, piling or civil projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A solid understanding of HSE, quality plans and drawings.

• Overseeing plant, equipment, site facilities and general housekeeping.

• Working closely with HSE Advisors on safety management, hazard assessments and incident reporting.
• Reviewing production reports, KPIs and project performance.

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a subcontractor delivering a large-scale Solar/BESS project in regional Queensland.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day site operations, leading supervisors and coordinating multiple work fronts to ensure construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.

With approximately 12-18 months of work on the current project, there is also potential for ongoing opportunities across future projects.

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor within construction.
• Experience working on large-scale solar, BESS, piling or civil construction projects.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple work fronts and subcontractors.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and manage supervisors.
• A strong understanding of construction safety and quality requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and design drawings.
• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
