Job summary

Cadence & Co Pty Ltd in the Southern Highlands is seeking motivated Apprentice Carpenters to gain hands-on experience on architecturally designed homes and to build a rewarding career in residential construction.

You will work with experienced carpenters, site managers and construction managers, developing practical skills across all construction stages while learning from industry leaders. A strong work ethic and reliable transportation are essential.

• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate).
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience on architecturally designed custom homes across the Southern Highlands region.
• Working alongside experienced Carpenters, Site Managers, and Construction Managers, develop practical skills across all stages of construction.
