Clarke Energy Australia is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a major energy infrastructure project on a FIFO 16 days on/10 days off roster in Western Australia. Reporting to the Construction Superintendent, you will coordinate contractors, manage site safety, quality, and environmental compliance, and ensure works are delivered on schedule.
The role requires 5–10+ years in construction/mining/power, civil or mechanical trade qualifications, WHS knowledge, and strong leadership.

As the Site Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of a major energy infrastructure project. Acting as the link between project strategy and on‑site execution, you will oversee daily construction activities, lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements. This is a FIFO role operating on a 16 days on / 10 days off roster supporting a major project in Western Australia.
