Bouygues Construction Australia is seeking a Logistics Manager to plan and coordinate movement, storage, and handling of people, materials, and equipment on our construction projects. You will work with the Project Manager and site teams to minimize delays and ensure safe, organized logistics.

Responsibilities include updating logistics plans, coordinating deliveries, managing access and traffic, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Must have strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and confidence coordinating multiple teams.
• Ability to anticipate site constraints and respond to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of construction-site operations, delivery planning, traffic management, and material handling.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and regularly update the project logistics plan, covering site access and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate deliveries of materials, plant, and equipment with suppliers and site teams.
• Manage vehicle access, traffic movements, loading/unloading areas, and pedestrian-vehicle separation.
• Coordinate the use of cranes, hoists, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment with construction teams.
• Work with subcontractors to confirm their logistics requirements and ensure procedures are followed.
• Monitor storage conditions, waste removal, and housekeeping to keep the site safe and organized.
• Identify potential logistics constraints or delays and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure logistics activities comply with site rules, health and safety requirements, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery and logistics records and report issues that may affect programme.
