Select Plant Australia is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead mobilisation and delivery of logistics solutions across major construction projects in NSW. Based in Seven Hills, you will build influential client and industry relationships, shape solutions, and drive scalable digital systems and workflows while ensuring safety, compliance and high performance across projects.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, develop repeatable operating models and governance, and contribute to growth

Qualifications

• Major Project Delivery: senior construction logistics on tier one projects.
• Construction Logistics Network: established relationships with sector partners.
• Business Development: identify opportunities and support conversion to revenue.
• Operational Leadership: lead multidisciplinary logistics teams on complex projects.
• Business Growth and Scale: develop repeatable operating models for growth.
• Digital Systems: adopt technology and translate processes to digital forms.
• Commercial and Financial: understand budgets, forecasts, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships across construction logistics sector and partners.
• Promote Select's logistics service by shaping solutions and supporting negotiations.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities aligned with growth strategy.
• Provide input on logistics strategies, tenders, mobilisation plans, and delivery models for large projects.
• Offer consultancy and logistics advice to projects to improve mobilisation and outcomes.
• Support mobilisation, governance and performance of project logistics teams.
• Develop scalable processes, SOPs, controls and performance measures for deploy across projects.
• Learn, administer and improve digital logistics systems and reporting workflows.
• Translate operational requirements into digital workflows to improve visibility and decisions.
