Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with top or mid-tier contractors delivering construction or engineering maintenance projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel.
• Experience leading ICAM investigations and safety outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Safety System is effectively implemented on site.
• Lead ICAM investigations and conduct QSE audits and inspections.
• Conduct plant inspections, inductions, risk assessments, and review SWMS.
• Collect and analyse data for injuries, hazards, incidents, and near misses.
• Collaborate with project personnel and subcontractors on issues and corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly reports and review regulatory changes.
• Lead safety training and assist in injury management.
• Support Roadworks Traffic Management advisory when required.
