Job summary

Fleetwood Australia is seeking an experienced HSEQ leader to drive Health, Safety, Environment and Quality outcomes across Western Australia manufacturing and project sites. Based at our WA operations, you will lead the HSEQ function, develop the HSEQ Advisor, and partner with operational leaders to embed safe, compliant ways of working and strengthen Fleetwood's safety culture.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in HSEQ/WH S or related leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, regulations and risk management practices.
• Experience managing high‑risk work activities, contractor management and permit‑to‑work systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and investigation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of HSEQ programs, systems and initiatives across WA operations.
• Lead, coach and develop the HSEQ Advisor and build capability.
• Identify risks and drive safety performance and culture improvements.
• Coach managers and supervisors to meet HSEQ responsibilities.
• Provide guidance on legislation, compliance, and permit-to-work systems.
• Lead incident investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Manage audits, reporting, risk reviews and HSEQ governance.
• Develop reports, procedures, training materials and communications.
