Job summary

Fulton Hogan Cambridge, QLD is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to reinforce our Living Safely approach across projects in Tasmania and Victoria, while supporting the Southern Region Construction team from the Cambridge office. You will work with the Regional HSEQ Manager to implement procedures, develop reports, and educate teams on safety data systems; occasional interstate travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV Occupational Health & Safety as a minimum.
• Experience in civil construction or high-risk environments is ideal.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel interstate when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing safety procedures, policies, and processes.
• Develop and maintain safety reports and hazard trend insights.
• Educate teams on safety data systems and toolbox talks.
• Contribute to audits, site inspections and incident investigations.
• Support safe project delivery and communications across teams.
