Job summary

ALS Limited is seeking a Site Governance Supervisor to join our Mount Isa operations. You will be at the heart of our safety culture, working with Operations, HSE, and Maintenance teams to keep people safe, hazards managed, and compliance on track.

This full-time role involves conducting daily inspections, leading risk assessment projects, and maintaining the HSE portal and compliance tracker. Training is provided to empower your growth.

• Lead risk assessment projects with sectional leaders
• Manage monthly HSE playbooks with Operations and HSE teams
• Maintain the compliance tracker and HSE portal

The role

ALS Geochemistry has a newly created opportunity for a Site Governance Supervisor to join our Mount Isa operations.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our safety culture, working closely with Operations, HSE, and Maintenance teams to keep our people safe, our hazards managed, and our compliance on track.

In this full-time role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Championing hazard reporting and driving a positive safety culture across the site

• Partnering with Operations, HSE, and Maintenance teams to implement solutions and close out hazard reports

• Conducting daily inspections and site walkthroughs

• Supporting employees with medical appointments and doctor visits

• Leading risk assessment projects in collaboration with sectional leaders

• Managing monthly HSE playbooks with Operations and HSE teams

• Maintaining the compliance tracker and HSE portal
