Job summary

ALS Geochemistry is seeking a Site Governance Supervisor for our Mount Isa operations. In this full-time role you’ll lead safety initiatives, work with Operations, HSE and Maintenance, and keep hazards managed and compliance on track.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport across all levels. Full training is provided, and you’ll be supported to develop new skills and a rewarding career.

Responsibilities

• Conducting daily inspections and site walkthroughs.
• Supporting employees with medical appointments and doctor visits.
• Leading risk assessment projects in collaboration with sectional leaders.
• Managing monthly HSE playbooks with Operations and HSE teams.
• Maintaining the compliance tracker and HSE portal.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our safety culture, working closely with Operations, HSE, and Maintenance teams to keep our people safe, our hazards managed, and our compliance on track.
