Job summary

Evolve Talent is seeking an experienced Carpenter or Leading Hand to join a high-end residential renovation on Sydney's Northern Beaches. The role remains hands-on while progressing towards a Site Foreman position, coordinating trades and subcontractors and ensuring works run to programme.

You will lead by example, maintain safety and quality on site, and be supported by an experienced team. The opportunity offers long-term career progression within a quality residential project.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Carpenter with residential experience.
• Experience coordinating trades or supervising sites.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Looking to progress to Site Foreman.

Are you an experienced Carpenter looking for the opportunity to take the next step in your career?

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Carpenter or Leading Hand to join a high-quality residential project on Sydney's Northern Beaches, working on a high-end renovation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong carpentry background who has already had some exposure to coordinating trades, managing subcontractors or assisting with site supervision and is now ready to step up into a more senior role.
