Job summary

NES Fircroft is partnering with a leading global energy organisation to place an Execution Advisor for a major onshore project in regional Queensland. This site-based role focuses on delivering safe, efficient construction across gathering infrastructure, civil works and brownfield activities.

You will work with contractors and internal teams to ensure work meets project requirements, with experience around live assets, tie-ins and existing assets highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction supervision, site coordination or field execution in energy, resources, infrastructure or civil sectors.
• Experience supervising contractors in a site-based environment.
• Experience around live assets, brownfield environments or tie-ins.
• Strong construction safety, quality and environmental understanding.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders in a busy project.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with contractors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities across the project.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Support gathering, civil and infrastructure works delivery.
• Oversee activities involving live assets, brownfield works and tie-ins.
• Ensure planning, permits, isolations and safety controls for high-risk work.
• Provide guidance to contractors to resolve construction issues.
• Coordinate site activities, resources and fronts to support schedules.
• Monitor excavation and field activities with proper controls.
• Collaborate with project teams, HSSE, environment and commissioning.
• Assist with planning, readiness checks, inspections and handovers.
• Support QA, documentation, reporting and project handover.
• Identify potential issues early and develop practical solutions.
