Job summary

NES Fircroft, working with a global power equipment manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Deputy Site Manager to support the construction and delivery of a major power generation project in Queensland.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate field operations and subcontractors, prepare weekly schedules and progress reports, and step in as Site Manager when required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background required.
• Strong site/construction experience within power generation.
• Knowledge of gas/steam turbines, boilers, HRSGs and HV substations.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong construction planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Australian-based candidates preferred.
