Job summary

You will liaise with contractors, consultants and internal teams, helping shape the full development lifecycle.

You will gain exposure to commercial objectives and project strategy, moving beyond pure site delivery to broader development roles within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in subdivision or civil construction (contractor or consultancy).
• Hold a Civil Engineering degree or similar qualification.
• Understand construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Commercial awareness and interest in project outcomes, not just tasks.
• Strong communication across contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Desire to broaden career beyond site delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil contractors delivering subdivision works.
• Monitor construction progress, quality and compliance.
• Review drawings, methodologies and staging strategies.
• Coordinate with consultants (civil, services, geotech, survey).
• Assist in managing budgets, forecasts and cost tracking.
• Identify risks early around services, ground conditions and staging.
• Support contract administration, variations and claims assessment.
• Contribute to project programming and delivery strategy.
