Role Description

We’re seeking a Site/Project Engineer or Construction Management professional to join our growing team in South East Queensland. This is a full-time, on-site role with broad exposure across the full development lifecycle — from acquisition and design through to construction delivery.

Working alongside our civil site supervisor, you’ll help program site operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with stakeholders. You’ll also play a key role in design development, quality control, troubleshooting, resource management, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site management, construction processes, and resource allocation
• Strong technical skills in engineering design, project management, and problem-solving
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in urban development, civil construction, or subdivisions is a plus
