Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Senior E&I Project Engineer to join our Engineering Construction division in Western Australia. The role supports a major mining and minerals project with a 2:1 FIFO roster, starting in Perth and moving to site. Open to candidates from major Australian capitals.

The appointment focuses on E&I delivery, with exposure to SMP and E&I scopes within a large-scale program. You will lead work-pack development, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination

Qualifications

• Senior Project Engineer with strong E&I delivery experience in mining, minerals, or major infrastructure.
• Experience delivering E&I scopes on large-scale construction projects.
• Tertiary engineering qualification and knowledge of Australian standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of E&I work packs and oversee planning, scheduling and execution.
• Coordinate labour, equipment and materials for efficient delivery.
• Provide technical leadership to supervisors and project teams.
• Monitor progress, track milestones and align with schedules.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation across E&I activities.
• Promote safety culture and ensure HSE compliance.
• Ensure QA procedures and client specifications meet ISO standards.
• Manage subcontractors and support cost control, forecasting and changes.
• Support commissioning and handover activities as required.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
