Job summary

PCH Civil Pty Ltd in Perth, WA is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing Projects team on a full-time basis. You will work closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers, Supervisors and Survey teams to support on-site civil construction delivery.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or related degree, a minimum of 3 years’ site experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction or site engineering.
• Strong understanding of civil construction processes and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve construction issues on site.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor quality, materials and workmanship.
• Maintain site records, inspections and progress reporting.
• Assist with project planning, cost tracking and resource management.
