Job summary

PCA Ground Engineering on the Gold Coast is hiring reliable Piling Labourers to join our team. You will gain hands-on exposure to piling and drilling attachments, plus concrete pumps, with real opportunities to grow skills on major geotechnical projects across Australia.

Key responsibilities include assisting CFA piling operations, setting up rigs, supporting rig operators and site supervisors, and ensuring WHS standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in piling (CFA and/or other systems).
• Current driver's licence is required.
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) is essential.
• Ability to work away on roster is essential.

Rate: Hourly rate covers the first 8 hours, with overtime applying from there; plus allowances (Living away from home

The Role:

PCA Ground Engineering is growing, and with several new projects recently awarded, we're looking for reliable, professional and level-headed Piling Labourers to join our team.

You'll get hands‑on exposure to PCA's extensive range of piling and drilling attachments, as well as our concrete pumps, with genuine opportunities to build your skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with CFA piling operations and concrete pours
• Set up and maintain piling rigs and equipment
• Support rig operators and site supervisors
• Carry out general site clean‑up and labouring duties
• Adhere to WHS standards at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in piling (CFA and/or other systems)
• Current driver's licence
• Experience off-siding
• Experience working with concrete pumps (line or boom)
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) – essential
• Physically fit and reliable
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team within fast‑paced environments
• Willing and able to work away on roster is essential
• VOCs or tickets for plant and equipment (e.g. dogging, rigging, excavator) – highly regarded
