Our client, a leading NSW infrastructure proposer, is seeking a Site Engineer or Project Engineer to join the team based in Mudgee or DIDO from Sydney or Newcastle. The role focuses on delivering a major roads and utilities project with strong QA, HSE, and cost-control responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in civil infrastructure, a relevant Engineering degree, and proven stakeholder management skills. A driving license is required and accommodation/travel support is provided.

Qualificações

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with contractors, regulators, and internal teams.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and contract management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven influencing and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project.
• Must have a driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee major greenfield construction activities including roads, utilities, civil, drainage, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate civil projects, manage multiple priorities, and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and manage stakeholders and contract requirements.
