BESIX Watpac is seeking a Site Engineer to support the Adelaide Airport infrastructure upgrade project, Project Flight. You will drive safety, coordinate construction activities, interpret designs and assist with budgets and tendering.

The role requires a degree in construction, strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment. Join a team delivering major infrastructure in Adelaide.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in construction-related field.
• Ability to communicate and build effective relationships at all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety policies and ensure a safe workplace at all times.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, OH&S and Environmental Policies.
• Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities per plans and specs.
• Interpret designs for implementation in construction projects.
• Contribute to improvements to existing designs.
• Arrange and oversee tender lettings.
• Assist with preparation of site budgets and reports.
• Monitor progress and report to site or project manager and attend meetings.
