Job summary

DT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team delivering the Smoky Creek Solar Power Station Project in Central Queensland. This site-based role is ideal for candidates located in Central Queensland, especially the Gladstone and Rockhampton regions, who want to contribute to a major renewable energy project close to home.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in subcontract administration, procurement or commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Administer subcontracts, variations, progress claims and payment schedules.
• Support procurement activities, tender evaluations and subcontract administration.
• Maintain commercial registers, cost controls and project documentation.
• Prepare contractual correspondence, notices and commercial reporting.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
