Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is seeking a commercial professional to join the project team for a major solar development in Central Queensland. The role involves managing subcontract packages, cost forecasting, and ensuring project commercial performance.

Local applicants or Brisbane-based candidates may travel on a 14-days-on, 7-days-off roster to site. The position requires a degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, or Quantity Surveying and at least five years' experience

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum five years' experience administering contracts on major civil, construction, mining, energy or renewable projects.
• Experience administering subcontract packages during construction.
• Strong understanding of progress payments, variations, and subcontract controls.
• Clear communication and effective site-team relationships.

The Opportunity

Join the commercial team delivering a major solar development in Central Queensland. This site-based position is suitable for local applicants or those flying from Brisbane on a 14-days-on, seven-days-off roster.
