Job summary

HEH Civil is a respected civil contractor delivering road, airport, water and sewer, bridge, drainage and earthworks across Queensland. Our Project Managers are site-based and work closely with the delivery team while staying connected to senior management.

You will be responsible for almost every aspect of the project on site, supported by the engineering team, and you will be accountable for the overall project outcome. Development of engineers and supervisors is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing major civil projects.
• Ability to lead planning, scheduling, procurement and delivery.
• Experience controlling budgets, forecasts, variations and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a major project or several smaller projects concurrently.
• Lead planning, programming, procurement, resourcing and construction delivery.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, costs, progress claims, variations and final accounts.
• Administer the contract and protect HEH Civil’s commercial position.
• Lead and develop Project Engineers and Site Engineers, and manage Supervisors.
