Job summary

UGL Pty Limited is seeking a highly organised Commercial Administrator to join our project team on a 15:13 site roster. The role supports cost recovery, contractual compliance and project commercial performance through accurate records and timely commercial submissions.

You will collaborate with the Construction Manager, Project Manager and Site Leadership Team to manage notices, variations and contracts, while ensuring compliance and strong stakeholder relationships on a major project.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting commercial and project teams in construction, engineering, mining, maintenance or infrastructure environments.
• Understanding of contract administration, change management and variation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Support project commercial objectives with the Construction Manager, Project Manager and Site Leadership Team.
• Prepare, issue and manage client change notices, variations, compensation events and contractual claims.
• Maintain variation registers, progress records, timesheets and cost data.
• Assist in cost reporting, forecasting, accruals and earned value activities.
• Support subcontractor variation assessments and commercial evaluations.
• Contribute to commercial reports, dashboards and client meetings.
