Job summary

Barminco is seeking a Site Administrator for the Maintenance Department at the Bellevue Gold Project. This role supports the maintenance team, ensures accurate records, and coordinates payroll, rosters, procurement, and compliance in a fast-paced mining environment.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of mining administration experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with SAP/Pronto/INX/Ellipse or similar ERP systems, plus a current Australian driver’s licence and the

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' administration experience within the mining industry.
• Previous site-based administration experience supporting maintenance, mining or operational departments.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP, Pronto, INX, Ellipse or similar ERP/maintenance management systems (highly desirable).
• Strong data entry and reporting capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Experience processing purchase orders, invoices and workforce administration activities.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the Maintenance Department and site leadership team.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records, reports, timesheets and workforce data.
• Assisting with payroll processing and roster administration for maintenance personnel.
• Raising and processing purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoices.
• Supporting inventory, parts and procurement administration activities.
• Coordinating travel and accommodation requirements for maintenance employees and contractors.
• Managing onboarding documentation, training records and compliance requirements.
• Updating and maintaining site systems, databases and maintenance documentation.
• Preparing reports, data entry and document control activities to support operational performance.
• Building strong working relationships with maintenance crews, operational teams, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Providing general site administration support to ensure safe and efficient site operations.
