Job summary

Barminco, part of the Perenti Group, is seeking an experienced Site Administrator for the Maintenance Department at the Bellevue Gold Project. This 8/6 4/3 FIFO roster from Perth offers a dynamic mining-site environment with strong safety and operations focus.

You will provide administrative support to the Maintenance Department, manage records, payroll inputs, procurement, and onboarding, and build effective relationships with site teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' administration experience within the mining industry.
• Site-based administration experience supporting maintenance, mining or operational departments.
• Experience with SAP, Pronto, INX, Ellipse or similar ERP/maintenance management systems.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Department and site leadership team.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, timesheets and workforce data.
• Assist with payroll processing and roster administration for maintenance personnel.
• Raise and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoices.
• Support inventory, parts and procurement administration activities.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements for maintenance employees and contractors.
• Manage onboarding documentation, training records and compliance requirements.
• Update and maintain site systems, databases and maintenance documentation.
• Prepare reports, data entry and document control activities to support operational performance.
• Build strong working relationships with maintenance crews, operational teams, contractors and key stakeholders.
