We’re looking for a Site Administrator to join our Eastern Region Construction (ERC) business in NSW and support the successful delivery of the New Richmond Bridge project. This is a key site-based role where you’ll provide administrative and finance support to the project team, helping to ensure project systems, processes and reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and the Project Finance Manager, you’ll play an important part in keeping day-to-day project operations running smoothly by supporting project administration, accounts processing and workforce coordination activities.
We’re looking for someone with experience in a Site Administration, Project Administration, Finance Administration or Accounts Administration role, ideally within construction, infrastructure, engineering or a similar project-based environment. You will have experience processing invoices, managing supplier accounts and supporting financial administration activities. Exposure to subcontractor claims, purchase orders, accruals or month-end processes would be highly regarded. You’re organised, detail-oriented and confident working across multiple systems while managing competing priorities. You take pride in maintaining accurate records and delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you’re a proactive team player who enjoys building relationships, supporting project teams and contributing to the successful delivery of major projects.
