Fulton Hogan in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Foreman to lead day-to-day site operations on the Garfield Road East Upgrade project. You will supervise crews and subcontractors, set direction, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to plan.
Working with the Project Manager and engineering team, you’ll identify risks, plan activities, and maintain clear communication with on-site teams and stakeholders.

Garfield Road East Upgrade is one of the key transport infrastructure upgrades supporting growth in Sydney’s north-west. The project will transform the existing corridor into a safer, higher-capacity road network, improving travel times, accessibility and transport connections for the surrounding community.
To support the successful delivery of this significant project, we’re seeking a Foreman to join our Eastern Region Construction (ERC) business in NSW. This is a key site-based role where you’ll lead from the front, bringing your experience and practical approach to drive safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.
Working closely with the Project Manager and engineering team, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day site activities, setting clear direction for crews and subcontractors and ensuring work is delivered to plan.
We’re looking for a Foreperson who brings solid experience in civil construction and understands what it takes to deliver work safely and efficiently on site. You’re confident leading crews, coordinating multiple activities and keeping delivery on track in a fast-paced environment.
You take a practical, hands‑on approach and lead by example, setting the tone for safety, quality and productivity. You’re organised, proactive and comfortable making decisions on the ground to keep works moving.
You build strong relationships, communicate clearly and create a positive team environment where people feel supported and accountable. You take pride in your work and the outcomes your team delivers, and you’re always looking for better ways to get the job done.
