Fulton Hogan in Minto, NSW, is seeking a full-time Asset Administrator to manage asset records, documentation and reporting. You will coordinate data updates, support system administration and work with operations and support teams to keep information accurate and up to date.
The role focuses on audits, compliance, record management, and continuous improvement in asset processes, reporting directly to the Divisional Manager NSW Production. A proactive, detail-oriented team player is essential.

Our Production, Transport and Workshop team in Minto are on the hund for a full-time Asset Administrator. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment where your attention to detail and organisational skills will play an important role in keeping our asset information accurate, reliable and up to date.
Reporting to the Divisional Manager NSW Production, you will support the administration and coordination of asset records, documentation, reporting and information management systems. Working closely with operational and support teams across the business, you will help ensure our asset processes run smoothly while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and compliance requirements.
The pre-employment process will include a medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
