We are seeking an organised, reliable and customer-focused Site Administration Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our site. This is a part-time, 0.6 FTE position working three days per week.
This varied role will see you managing front-of-house enquiries, supporting warehouse dispatch activities, accounts receivable tasks and providing general administrative support to the site management and Quality teams.
You will work closely with the General Manager, Site Operations Manager, Quality team, customers, carriers and employees across the site.

You will be an organised, approachable and reliable administrator who is comfortable working in a busy operational environment. You will communicate professionally with customers, carriers and employees, maintain a high level of accuracy, and confidently manage competing priorities. You will also be adaptable, willing to learn new systems and processes, and able to work independently while contributing positively to the broader site team.
