Job summary

Canteen is seeking a Single Giving Manager to lead the strategy, growth and performance of its Single Giving portfolio across multiple channels. You will drive supporter acquisition, retention, reactivation and engagement to maximise lifetime value and sustainable income growth.

Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane with a hybrid-working arrangement, this permanent, full-time role offers a base salary of $123,000 plus super and benefits and opportunities to innovate with AI and automation

Qualifications

• Solid experience in individual giving, direct marketing or fundraising with proven growth.
• Strong project planning and data-driven fundraising experience.
• Experience delivering campaigns across digital and direct mail to drive revenue.

We are now seeking a Single Giving Manager who will play a pivotal role in acquiring, growing and retaining one-off supporters. • Base Salary + Superannuation + Not-For-Profit Salary Packaging (up to $18,550 of your salary tax-free).
• 5 Weeks Annual Leave (FTE) + 17.5% leave loading + pay during our annual office closure week.

About our role

• Lead the strategy, growth and performance of Canteen's Single Giving portfolio across multiple channels.
• Drive supporter acquisition, retention, reactivation and engagement strategies to maximise supporter lifetime value and sustainable income growth.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Single Giving team while fostering collaboration across fundraising, supporter care and marketing teams.
• Deliver fundraising initiatives that grow income, deepen supporter engagement and maximise long-term supporter value.
• Champion innovation through testing, new fundraising approaches, AI and automation opportunities, and special projects across the Individual Giving portfolio.

About You

• Solid experience in individual giving, direct marketing or fundraising, with demonstrated success delivering fundraising growth and income targets.
• Proven project planning and data-driven fundraising experience, including supporter segmentation, campaign optimisation, analytics and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Demonstrated success delivering integrated fundraising campaigns across digital and direct mail channels to drive supporter engagement and revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and external partners.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Warm, compassionate, and friendly approach to supporting our young people.
