Inside Services is seeking a motivated Disability Services Team Leader to oversee a SIL home, delivering person-centred supports under NDIS guidelines. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage rostering, and ensure high standards of care, safety and compliance. The role is based in Williamstown, SA, with hybrid working options.

You will collaborate with participants, families and external stakeholders to drive participant outcomes and continuous improvement within the service.
