Fraser Coast Disability Services Pty Ltd is seeking Experienced Disability Support Workers to assist participants with high physical support and complex care needs across Hervey Bay region. You will work across shifts, including mornings, evenings and sleepovers, delivering personal care and mobility assistance with compassion and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have HC/complex care experience, current NDIS screening and Blue Card, and a valid first aid/CPR.

Qualificações

• Experience in high physical needs/complex care.
• Confident with personal care, hoisting and mealtime management.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Blue Card current.
• First Aid & CPR current.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Reliable, compassionate and patient.

Responsabilidades

Experienced High Intensity Disability Support Workers Wanted

Fraser Coast Disability Services is growing and we’re looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who are confident supporting participants with high physical and complex care needs.

We’re looking for workers experienced in:

• High physical support & complex care
• Personal care
• Neurological and physical disabilities
• Supporting participants to live with Independence, Purpose & Joy

We have a variety of shifts available across 7 days a week, with established master rosters so you can enjoy consistency and know when you’re working.

Shifts are available across a range of times between 6:00am and 10:00pm, as well as sleepover shifts.

We’re looking for people who:

• Have solid experience in high physical needs/complex care
• Are confident with personal care, hoisting and mealtime management
• Have a current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Blue Card
• Hold current First Aid & CPR
• Have a driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Are reliable, compassionate and genuinely enjoy supporting people
