The SIL Company is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers for casual opportunities with a path to permanent employment after two months. The role covers drop-in and SIL support across greater Sydney, including Dapto, Horsley, and Western Sydney.

Qualifications

• NDIS worker screening clearance is mandatory
• Current work visa or Australian work eligibility required
• Current Driver's License and insured vehicle required

• Assist participants in achieving their goals
• Provide domestic assistance to support the household environment
• Respond to overnight activity and provide reassurance
• Maintain a calm, respectful and culturally appropriate approach
