Job summary

Busy Beaver Airport Parking in Melbourne is seeking shuttle bus drivers to move customers safely between terminals and the car park, while keeping journeys enjoyable with friendly service. You will use in-bus software to update customer status for service officers and yard staff, and work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Driver accreditation required or willing to apply.
• High presentation standards.
• Confident driving with vehicles of all shapes and sizes.
• Able to lift 20 kg and assist with luggage.
• Available on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Current Police Check or willing to obtain one after interview.

Job description

Shuttle bus drivers are the bridge for our customers, between us and the airport. You'll move customers safely and swiftly to and from Melbourne Airport terminals, while making the trip enjoyable with great chatter. Using our in bus software, you'll also process customers being collected in our systems to ensure our customer service officers and yard staff are fully updated about returning customers, so their car is ready on arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Move customers safely and swiftly to and from Melbourne Airport terminals
• Provide excellent customer service ensuring a safe transfer to and from Tullamarine Airport
• Process customers being collected in systems using in bus software
• Assist with luggage
• Ensure customer service officers and yard staff are updated about returning customers

About you

• Driver Accreditation (or be willing to apply)
• High presentation standards
• Confident driving vehicles of all shapes and sizes
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Ability to assist with luggage, you will be lifting 20kg
• A reliable and honest personality
• Availability on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Current Police Check (or willingness to get one after interview)
