Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking experienced Mechanical and Structural Supervisors to join our Mackay Operations Team for upcoming shutdown work across the Bowen Basin. This role leads mechanical crews on Dragline and Wash Plant projects, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.

You will work on back-to-back shutdown rosters, oversee planning and execution, and support a strong safety culture while developing your leadership skills within a well-established industrial services group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a site-based supervisory role.
• Australian-recognised Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker trade certificate (mandatory).
• Experience with Dragline and Wash Plant maintenance (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of mechanical crews.
• Ensure compliance with Monadelphous, client, and legislative HSE requirements.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of shutdown tasks.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.
• Lead by example and foster a positive team culture.
