Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking experienced Mechanical and Structural Supervisors to join our Mackay Operations Team for upcoming shutdown work across the Bowen Basin. You’ll be leading mechanical crews on Dragline and Wash Plant projects, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

This role offers ongoing shutdown work with back-to-back rosters, and opportunities to work across multiple sites. Flights and accommodation are provided, with a strong safety-first culture and pathways for

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a site-based supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of mechanical crews.
• Ensure compliance with Monadelphous, client, and legislative HSE requirements.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of shutdown tasks.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.
