Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking experienced Mechanical and Structural Supervisors to join our Mackay Operations Team for upcoming shutdown work across the Bowen Basin. You will lead mechanical crews on Dragline and Wash Plant projects, ensuring safety, quality and productivity targets are met.

This role involves supervising daily activities, coordinating planning and scheduling, and maintaining high standards of HSE compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a site-based supervisory role.
• Australian-recognised Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker trade certificate (mandatory).
• Experience with Dragline and Wash Plant maintenance (highly regarded).
• Strong leadership, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Open Driver’s Licence and full Australian work rights.

Job description

Monadelphous is currently seeking experienced Mechanical and Structural Supervisors to join our Mackay Operations Team for upcoming shutdown work across the Bowen Basin. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing team delivering critical maintenance and shutdown services across multiple sites.

You’ll be working on various shutdown specific rosters with back-to-back shutdowns scheduled. The role involves leading mechanical crews on Dragline and Wash Plant projects, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
