Coco Republic is seeking an experienced Assistant Showroom Manager for the Castle Hill showroom in Sydney. You will lead a team of Design Consultants, drive sales performance, coach for results and ensure a premium client experience in a high‑end retail environment.

Balancing hands‑on leadership with operational duties, you will recruit, roster and mentor staff, while maintaining showroom standards and CRM accuracy to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team in a sales-driven retail environment.
• Proven ability to translate sales targets into team priorities and measurable results.
• Strong coaching, communication and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales performance and achieve budgets and targets.
• Lead and coach the Design Consultants to build capability and accountability.
• Set expectations, monitor results and foster a high-performing culture.
• Coach on effective sales techniques, relationship-building and closing deals.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.
• Support showroom leadership with rostering, CRM accuracy and admin tasks.
• Develop product expertise to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Ensure showroom presentation reflects Coco Republic quality and brand.
