Coco Republic is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager for the Fortitude Valley showroom. You will lead and develop the Design Consultant team, drive sales performance and ensure exceptional client service while balancing hands-on leadership with showroom operations.

The role requires a proactive leader with a commercial mindset, ownership of results, and the ability to coach for performance and maintain a positive, accountable culture. Weekend rosters apply.

• Experience leading and developing a sales team in a retail environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate targets into actions.
