Job summary

Reece is seeking a Retail Consultant to join the Fyshwick Bathroom Life showroom. You’ll help customers select bathroom products, quote and process orders, and bring designs to life using our 3D Planner.

You’ll visit customers onsite, nurture relationships, and contribute to smooth showroom operations while learning about leading brands and home improvement solutions. This role offers opportunities for career progression within our nationwide network and a supportive team focused on customer

Qualifications

• Energetic, proactive and willing to learn.
• Comfortable with computer systems and new software.

About the role

As part of the Showroom team in Fyshwick, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your day to day

• Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
• Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
• Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
• Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
