Job summary

Reece Group in Cairns is seeking a friendly Showroom Sales Consultant to support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they plan their renovation projects. A typical day includes helping customers choose bathroom products, creating quotes and placing orders by email and phone, and using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream bathroom to life.

You’ll travel onsite for updates, help keep the showroom running smoothly, and have opportunities to grow within our network or move into head

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Energetic, takes initiative and willing to learn.
• Comfortable using software and new systems.

About the Role

Showroom Sales Consultants are known as 'Retail Consultant' and as part of the Showroom team in Cairns, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your day to day

A typical day will involve:

Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products

Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone

Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life

Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships

Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers

Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow

Is tech-savvy and is happy to learn new systems

Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
