Job summary

Aidacare Pty Ltd is seeking a Showroom Consultant to build strong customer relationships through face-to-face service in our showroom, demonstrating product knowledge and equipment to drive sales and satisfaction. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience while promoting Aidacare products in our Sunshine Coast showroom.

The position requires welcoming customers, staying up to date with our products, processing orders, and maintaining an organized showroom.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or industry experience preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to provide/obtain relevant checks (e.g., Police checks/NDIS Worker Screening check).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers delivering excellent customer service with a sales-focused approach.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns in an efficient manner.
• Learn and stay up-to-date with our products and services, and use this knowledge to enhance customer experience.
• Assist customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processing, to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain showroom inventory and presentation as required.

Monday - Friday, Full Time Permanent

Reporting to:

Branch Manager

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Previous customer service or industry experience preferred, but not essential
