Job summary

Eagles Plumbing Plus Forster is seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant to welcome customers, help design bathrooms and kitchens, and provide product advice.

You will prepare quotes, process orders, maintain an attractive showroom, and work with our team using a POS system. Training is provided to help you succeed in the role.

Qualifications

About the Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant to join our Fortster team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our showroom—helping customers design their dream bathrooms and kitchens, providing product advice, preparing quotes, and processing orders.

You’ll work alongside a supportive and experienced team, using our Point of Sale software system, with full training and guidance provided by our Regional Showroom Manager.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Welcoming customers and providing expert product recommendations.
• Preparing quotes and following up on orders and customer inquiries.
• Ensuring the showroom is beautifully presented and displays are up to date.
• Liaising with suppliers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Assisting with stock management and maintaining accurate product information.

This is a full-time role (Monday–Friday, between 8am–5pm), with every second Saturday (between 8am–12pm) paid at overtime rates.
